Amarr Vista VI1000 Full-View Aluminum Garage Door

The Vista is the door for modern homes: a full-view aluminum-and-glass design that turns the garage into part of the architecture. From the curb it reads like a wall of glass; inside, it transforms the garage into a bright, inviting room. Modern Decor Supply installs Vista doors on contemporary builds and renovations across New Jersey and the surrounding region. Because every Vista is built to order in 1″ width increments up to 24 feet, we can spec it to fit nearly any opening — including oversized and odd-height garages.

Construction

• 2″ thick extruded commercial-grade aluminum frame for durability, low maintenance, and corrosion resistance.
• WaterLok joint sealing system — wide tongue-and-groove section joints with a leading-edge bulb seal and bottom weather seal for air-tight, water-resistant performance.
• ClearView Aluminum Strut System — strengthens doors 16’–24′ wide without restricting the viewing area.
• Wind load options to meet local building codes.
• Two modern exterior handles included.
• Available in 1″ width increments up to 24′.

Frame Finishes

Anodize finishes resist fading, corrosion, UV, and abrasion; PVDF (Kynar) and powder-coat paint finishes are also highly durable.

In-stock anodize: Clear (AN), Dark Bronze (AD), Black (BA). In-stock paint: White Powder Coat (WH).

Special-order anodize (longer lead time and upcharge): Champagne (AH), Copper (AC), Medium Bronze (AM).

Paint colors (PVDF Kynar & powder coat): White (PVDF), Bone White, Ivory, Sandstone, Burnt Sun, Sierra Tan, Beige, Light Seawolf Beige, Dove Gray, Slate Gray, Charcoal Gray, Patina Green, Dark Ivy, Hartford Green, Military Blue, Interstate Blue, Colonial Red, Boysenberry, Sage Brown, Quaker Bronze, Super Black, plus PVDF-only Carnival Red II, Classic Copper, Champagne Pearl, Pewter, and Silver.

RAL and custom colors are available for both powder coat and PVDF (longer lead time and upcharge), so the frame can be matched to virtually any color. Touch-up paint is included with PVDF finishes.

Glass & Glazing

Vista glass is tempered, single-pane or insulated dual-pane:

• Transparent: Clear, Obscure, ThermaPro Low-E.
• Tint: Green, Bronze, Gray, Greylite.
• Opaque: Frost, Snow, Whiteout (laminated, not tempered — insulated not available), Black Ice (laminated, not tempered — insulated not available).

Glazing is offered across a wide range of thicknesses and types, including single-pane annealed and tempered (1/8″–1/4″, with Low-E), dual-pane annealed and tempered (1/2″ with Low-E), laminated glass, polycarbonate (single 1/8″, single 1/4″, tri-wall 5/8″), and acrylic (1/8″, 1/4″, 1/2″). Low-E and insulated configurations improve thermal performance where the garage is conditioned space.

Optional Panels

Mix solid and vented panels into the same door for privacy, security, or ventilation:

• Aluminum & Insulated Aluminum panels — solid panels, shown in Clear Anodize.
• Perforated Aluminum — 0.312″ square perforations on 1/2″ centers; also available in Mill finish.
• Louvered Aluminum — six columns of twelve 3″ x 3/4″ vents on a 4′ x 24″ panel, shown in White Powder Coat.
