How to measure
Headroom is the space between the top of the finished opening and the ceiling — or, if something hangs lower, the space to that: a pipe, a beam, a light, the opener rail. Measure at the tightest point across the whole opening.
Two more numbers help us confirm the fit: side room, from each side of the opening to the wall (about 5″ each side for a standard track), and backroom, the depth straight back into the garage (your door height plus about 18″).

Every render below is a measured model of a real Concord configuration. The asymmetric 20″ and 23″ glass styles are the MDW1 and MDW2 windows the configurator sells — this section is the dimensioned study behind them, showing the geometry rather than the order. Order from the configurator above.
Long uses 39 × 12 in visible glass in a 41⅞ × 15 in outer trim, Slim-Line 38 × 4 in glass in 40⅞ × 7 in (sourced 2026-09-14) and Short 19³⁄₁₆ × 11¹¹⁄₁₆ in glass in a 21³⁄₁₆ × 13¹¹⁄₁₆ in outer frame (sourced 2026-09-15). All three are modeled, and the configurator above shows their native renders — no Concord window type is on legacy artwork any more.

The Modern Decor Concord is our own flush, smooth-texture steel garage door — engineered in-house to pair with our European steel entry doors for a single, unified look across your home’s entire front elevation. Clean face, no raised panels, no grooves: just a flat, contemporary surface that lets the color and your architecture do the talking.
Construction & Insulation
The Concord is built on a heavy-gauge steel shell with a flush, smooth exterior texture. It is offered in three performance levels so you can match the door to your climate, your garage use, and your budget:
Non-Insulated — a single-layer steel build for detached or unconditioned garages where thermal performance isn’t a priority.
Insulated — R-10.25 (Standard) — a multi-layer insulated build that balances thermal efficiency, quiet operation, and value. Ideal for attached garages and everyday comfort.
Insulated — R-17.65 (Premium Polyurethane) — our highest-performing build, using dense polyurethane insulation for maximum energy efficiency, strength, and sound dampening. Best for living space above or beside the garage, home gyms, workshops, and the coldest New Jersey winters.
Because all three share the same flush face and finish options, you choose your insulation level without compromising the look.
Colors — Matched to Our Entry Doors
Every Concord finish is designed to coordinate directly with our European steel entry doors, so your garage door and front door read as one intentional design rather than two separate purchases. Available finishes:

Window Options
The Concord accepts five window layouts, each available in three glass finishes, so you can bring in daylight while keeping the modern flush aesthetic:
Layouts:
- SlimLine — narrow horizontal glass for a sleek, contemporary band of light
- Short — compact window sections
- Long — full-height window sections for maximum daylight
- MDW1 — our own asymmetric design, a 20 × 11 in pane set off-center in its frame with the wide border turned toward the outer edge of the door
- MDW2 — the same asymmetric layout drawn around a wider 23 × 11 in pane
Glass finishes:
- Clear — full visibility and brightest light
- Frost — diffused light with privacy
- Dark Tint — reduced glare and a bold, modern look with privacy
Custom Designs
Beyond the standard layouts, the Concord can be custom-configured to suit distinctive architecture. Available custom treatments include vertical glass arrangements, arched window designs, and other made-to-order configurations.
