Amarr Lincoln 2000 (Insulated: R-6.64) Steel Garage Door

The Lincoln is Amarr’s value-priced traditional collection, and one of the doors we install most often for New Jersey homeowners who want a classic raised-panel or clean flush look without stepping into premium pricing. Every Lincoln door is steel-built with woodgrain embossment, offered in four panel designs, ten factory colors, and a deep catalog of decorative window options. Construction

The Lincoln comes in four construction levels:

• LI1000 — Single-Layer Steel. One layer of heavy-duty exterior steel. Durable, low-maintenance. The budget choice for detached garages where insulation isn’t a priority.
• LI2000 — Double-Layer (Steel + Insulation). Heavy-duty exterior steel backed by polystyrene thermal insulation with vinyl backing. Energy efficient and quieter than single-layer.
• LI3138 — Triple-Layer (Steel + Insulation + Steel). A 1-3/8″ door with steel exterior, polystyrene core, and steel interior skin. Two energy-efficiency options, extra-quiet operation, added dent resistance.
• LI3000 — Triple-Layer (Steel + Insulation + Steel). The flagship: a full 2″ triple-layer door with the highest insulation in the collection. Quietest, most dent-resistant, warmest in winter.

Insulation in every model has passed self-ignition, flame-spread, and smoke-developed index fire testing. For an attached garage in our climate we usually recommend the LI3000; for a detached garage the LI1000 or LI2000 keeps the budget down.

Specifications

R-values are calculated per DASMA TDS-163; Amarr participates in the DASMA Thermal Performance Verification Program for the complete door assembly. Lower U-factor means better thermal performance.

Panel Designs

• Short Panel (SP) — classic grid of small raised panels; all four models.
• Long Panel (LP) — wider raised panels; all four models.
• Flush Panel (FP) — smooth contemporary face; all four models (LI1000/LI2000 flush in stucco texture).
• Ribbed Panel (RP) — horizontal groove pattern; LI3138 and LI3000 only.

Woodgrain finishes are dual-directional across all panel designs.

Colors

Ten factory finishes; a price upcharge applies to every color except True White.

• Standard: True White, Almond, Wicker Tan, Sandtone, Terratone, Dark Brown, Charcoal Gray, Black.
• Woodgrain: Walnut, Mahogany.

True White, Sandtone, Almond, Dark Brown, and Black are also available in the LI1000/LI2000 flush panel with stucco texture. Through the Amarr Color Zone program the Lincoln can be ordered in over 900 approved Sherwin-Williams SnapDry colors. Doors are pre-painted; homeowners may repaint with exterior latex, though non-factory painting voids the paint finish warranty.

Glass Options

Window glass is 3/32″ single-strength in four finishes: Clear (C), Obscure (O) (upcharge), Frost (WF) (upcharge), and Dark Tint (WD) (upcharge). On the LI3138 and LI3000, insulated dual-pane glass is available in Clear, Frost, and Dark Tint.

DecraTrim Window Inserts

Decorative grilles over the window glass, available over Clear, Obscure, Frost, or Dark Tint glass.

Short-panel designs: No Insert, Stockton, Prairie, Cathedral, Cascade, Waterford, Wagon Wheel, Sunray, Full Sunray (16′, 17′, 18′ doors only), Five Piece Sunray (10′ doors, True White only).

Long-panel designs: No Insert, Stockton, Prairie, Cathedral, Cascade, Moonlite, Waterford, Wagon Wheel, Sunray, Thames, Arched Thames, Full Sunray (15’6″, 15’8″, 16′, 17′, 18′ doors only).

DecraGlass Windows

Tempered obscure glass with a baked-on ceramic design; pattern visibility varies with lighting. Short and long panel: Victorian, Heartland, Jardin, Mission, Trellis.

SlimLine Windows

A modern half-height window — same width as a standard long-panel window, half the height — with a black or white frame only. Available with Clear, Frost, or Dark Tint glass in single-pane or insulated glazing, on the LI3138 and LI3000 in flush and ribbed panel designs only.
