How to measure
Headroom is the space between the top of the finished opening and the ceiling — or, if something hangs lower, the space to that: a pipe, a beam, a light, the opener rail. Measure at the tightest point across the whole opening.
Two more numbers help us confirm the fit: side room, from each side of the opening to the wall (about 5″ each side for a standard track), and backroom, the depth straight back into the garage (your door height plus about 18″).

U-factor and R-value are verified under the DASMA Thermal Performance Verification Program — a lower U-factor means better thermal performance. Insulation has passed self-ignition, flamespread and smoke-developed index fire testing. Confirming that a door meets local building codes is the homeowner's responsibility; we're happy to advise on North Jersey requirements.
Finishes
Ten factory finishes, including two dual-directional woodgrains. Woodgrain finishes are available across all panel designs. Any Lincoln finish can be matched to our European entry doors and windows — the reason most of our customers end up choosing one.

Insulated glass is available in Clear, Frost and Dark Tint on LI3138 and LI3000. SlimLine windows — the same width as a standard long-panel window and half the height — come in black or white frame only, on LI3138 and LI3000 flush and ribbed panels.
