Safe-Way Regency (Insulated R-10.25) Steel Garage Door

The Regency Series hits the sweet spot between price and performance: full triple-layer construction with an R-10.25 rating at a friendlier price point than polyurethane-core doors. Two galvanized steel skins wrap an expanded polystyrene insulation board, giving you a finished steel interior, real insulation, sound deadening, and dent resistance on both faces. For most New Jersey homes with an attached garage, this is the door we quote first. Construction

Two deep-drawn, tension-leveled, galvanized steel skins are polyester painted and wrapped around a one-pound-density expanded polystyrene insulation board using a polyurethane adhesive. This provides insulation value, durability, sound deadening, and dent resistance.

• R-Value 10.25.
• 3-layer construction: steel + expanded polystyrene + steel.
• 27-gauge section steel skins; finished painted coat, primer, galvanized layer over the steel core.
• Heavy-duty galvanized 14-gauge hardware.
• Available in 18″, 21″, and 24″ section heights (Pencil Groove not available in 18″).
• Limited lifetime warranty against rust-through for the original homeowner (10 years in other residential installations).
